Through the “Access to Employment” program, we aim to enhance job opportunities and entrepreneurship for people with disabilities and the elderly by leveraging assistive technologies and accessible solutions. We also work to strengthen the capacities of institutions and specialists in vocational rehabilitation and workplace accommodation, supporting the empowerment and independence of persons with disabilities and the elderly while fostering inclusive work environments grounded in the principles of universal accessibility.
