Electronic Documents accessibility refer to making electronic documents such as word documents and PDF files more accessible to people with disabilities and the elderly.

Services provided by Mada guide organizations, step by step on how to ensure that their internal and public facing electronic documents comply with international standards for Accessibility; W3C WCAG 2.1, A and AA. Thus, Electronic Documents would be accessible to People with Disabilities and the elderly.
