Public Venue ICT Accessibility Services

Public Venue ICT Accessibility Services

Public Venue ICT Accessibility refers to the ease of access to information and services at different public venues by persons with disabilities (PWDs).

Services provided by Mada guide organizations step by step on how to ensure that public venues comply with international standards for Digital Accessibility. We will ensure that auditory announcements, media information boards, electronic kiosks and ATMs at the venue are accessible.

Thus, public venues (shopping centers, hotels, airports, conference centers, etc) would be accessible by Persons with Disabilities in addition to increasing general full access to the venue, events and services.

Services process:

  1. Introductory session about Public Venue accessibility.
  2. Audit review report highlighting major areas of concern along with recommendations.
  3. ICT Accessibility training workshops by Mada.
  4. Manual usability assessment
